A spaceship crashes and the brother and sister crew become Tom and Tess from Toledo. It's vital that they remain in hiding until they can get back in orbit. This isn't easy because the Air Force, an eccentric sheriff and the greedy Dribble Family are on the scent. Also, the college is about to close for lack of funds. Billy Binko, a former student and television star, could save the day, however, he's only interested in revenge on the faculty. There's a hilarious slapstick presentation of Billy's TV show, cheerleading sessions and mad classroom scenes. Ultimately, Tom and Tess decide to remain on Earth.
